Highlands Coahuila Mexico
In August 2012 the Rawlings Foundation began construction of the camp in Coahuila, Mexico. Tierra Alta Coahuila is the newest of the Highlands camps which will be focusing on Northern Mexico. This 128 acre campus will mirror the other Highlands camps around the world with four dorms, staff housing, administrative office building, storage buildings, garage, soccer field, basketball court, volleyball courts, swimming pool, auditorium and cafeteria.
There are four large metropolitan cities in the surrounding area including Saltillo and Monterrey. That puts an estimated 15 million people within two hours of this camp. As soon as possible we will begin to train staff and we have already begun to partner with churches to evangelize Mexico.
