Highlands Bible College in Cambodia

Highlands Bible College in Preah Sihanouk province, Kingdom of Cambodia, is a ministry of the Rawlings Foundation and Impact Youth Worldwide.

In August 2006 Highlands Bible College opened its doors to students. The college now trains and equips young men and women for leadership in local Bible believing churches and related ministries. The College prepares Christian leaders to meet the needs of a multi-religious world by making disciples through God’s inerrant Word. Highlands Bible College strives to give men and women the ability to transform knowledge into personal ministry.

PURPOSE

Highlands Bible College exists to glorify God and to help accomplish His work by bringing people to a vital and saving relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ.

MISSION

To prepare men and women to honor and serve God with their lives by providing quality education with a strong Biblical foundation for sometimes disadvantaged, but deserving Cambodian youth, to better equip them to heed God’s specific calling for their lives;
And by supporting church planting ministries in the Kingdom of Cambodia that God’s Word may be preached, and for people to know Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior;
And by offering a well-equipped venue for church events such as camps, retreats, and training events that give people an opportunity to commit their lives to Jesus Christ.

VISION

To prepare men and women for lives of leadership and service, through evangelism, applying Biblical principles, acquiring knowledge, developing life skills, and Godly living.
